“Node Points” refer to the rewards given to users for sharing bandwidth, which may be redeemable in various forms, including potential cryptocurrency rewards in the future.

Eligibility

Registration

Rewards Program

Users may earn Node Points by sharing their unused internet bandwidth. The redemption and value of these Node Points will be outlined in detail within the App and may evolve over time.

Account Policies

Each user may only create one account.
Multiple devices can be registered under a single account.
Attempts to exploit the referral program may result in account termination.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities on your account and for keeping your login information confidential.

Our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference, describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our services.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the App without notice for any breach of these Terms.

Disputes arising under these Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.
